Cancellation policy

  2. Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee. This fee will be based on the length of the appointment and will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
  3. No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee. This fee will be based on the length of the appointment and will be communicated to you at the time of rescheduling.
  4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
